Sweetheart is Ready

Our Nigerian has been confirmed.  Old Mountain Farm Leibshen will be joining us shortly.   Her current owner sent me several pictures of her with her latest set of twins.   This is her second year of twinning.  Her owner picked her because lives up to her name, is already milk stand trained (something I’m doing with the yearling does I have), has a nice capacious udder, and will be a good goat for one who has not owned Nigerian Dwarfs.  She is retaining Leib’s kids.

All the details have been worked out except a pick-up date.  I have all my milking supplies ready.   I’m just hoping Tuiti doesn’t knock the daylights out of her, since she seems to be herd queen.   The fun part will be introducing her and switching her to our herd management program.  I’m praying the move doesn’t stress her too much.
